Our platform allows customers to generate and distribute passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. While this does not require sharing personal information, customers may choose to include custom fields (e.g., name, email, loyalty ID, or other identifiers). This data is stored in our database and shared with Apple and Google as necessary for pass issuance. - Usage Data and Analytics
We may collect information about how you interact with our website and platform. This includes IP addresses, browser type, device information, and activity logs. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to help us understand usage and improve our services. - Support and Communication Data
If you contact us through support channels, chat, or email, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email address, and message content). We also collect data when you subscribe to newsletters or marketing communications.
How We Use Information

- With Service Providers and Sub-Processors: We use third-party providers such as Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Apple and Google (pass issuance), analytics providers, email delivery services, and tawk.to (support chat).

- For Business Transfers: If our company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.

- Customer account data is retained until you delete your account.
- End-user pass data is retained until 30 days after the pass has expired, after which it is archived or deleted.

If you are an end-user of a wallet pass issued by one of our customers, please contact that customer directly to exercise your privacy rights. We act only as a processor on behalf of our customers and do not control the data they choose to include in passes. Our role as processor is further detailed in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of our Terms of Service.
